Prediction of protein domain boundaries from sequence alone

    The program finds the deepest minima in the latent entropy profile. The domain boundary for two-domain protein to be located at the position where the latent entropy profile has its deepest minimum. This minimum is conditioned by amino acid residues with a small value of number of degrees of freedom on the angles φ, ψ and χ (Number of degrees of freedom).
